About the role

We are currently seeking to recruit qualified and experienced associate trainers to join our team; Applicants will possess well developed communication, facilitation and training skills and provide excellent customer service.

You will primarily deliver courses within our portfolio, with scope to add your own flare and specialist knowledge and there is an opportunity to develop new training courses with us, drawing upon your own experiences. Examples of our subject areas include:

  • Reflective Supervision
  • Motivational interviewing  
  • Systemic Practice
  • Assessment and Analysis
  • Safeguarding
  • Child Sexual Exploitation
  • Managing Risk for Managers and Practitioners
  • Recording and reporting

We provide training on a nationwide basis and training delivery may be face-to-face or virtual, depending on the customer’s needs. We seek to engage associates to deliver training in the region they are based, but welcome applicants willing and able to travel to other geographical locations on occasion.
