To support our continuing growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team and help take our sales strategy to the next level.
ROle and Responsibilities
- Developing a full understanding of Antser products and services enabling you to make contact with potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services relevant to their organisation
- Identify opportunities, develop pipelines, book appointments for product demonstrations and/or send quotes with an emphasis on high quality leads
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
- Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
- Listening to the customers’ needs to identify new partnership opportunities
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with organisations who are not already identified as a potential partner
- Enter and update customer information in the database, gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reaction to products
- Manage the CRM system to a high degree of accuracy
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
- Attend relevant internal meetings to update on activity and highlight any concerns/opportunities
- Liaise effectively with all departments within Business Development Team to ensure customer requirements are met
Personal and Professional Competencies:
- Demonstrable experience in building commercial relationships in the health, education and/or social care sectors
- Demonstrable experience of meeting or exceeding targets
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a determination to deliver results
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Demonstratable ability to prioritise issues
- Proven experience as desk based sales representative
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them effectively
