voice of the child - delivering services that will materially and positively impact on outcomes for children and young people

Enabling the voice of the child and empowering the team around the child to improve outcomes is our core driver

As an organisation, we only develop and deliver services that will materially and positively impact on outcomes for children and young people.  Enabling the voice of the child and empowering the team around the child to improve outcomes is our core driver, we support this across 3 areas – direct children’s services; ad-hoc or contracted services to support regulatory compliance and best practice; VR enabled immersive contact environments.

Our authority in this area is achieved through working alongside children, parents, carers, practitioners, managers and directors on a daily basis, providing valuable and holistic insights which underpins the development and delivery of our services. Our quality and commitment to this area is evidenced by 100% of local authorities in England contracting with us for delivery of our services.

Innovation for change

As global pioneers of the first VR enabled behaviour change programme for children’s services, we have further developed our VR capability to deliver a safe and secure virtual environment allowing children and young people to meet, connect and engage with their wider support team.

This therapeutic, 360 environment is akin to being there is person, and has been developed with two critical factors in mind – keeping children and young people connected regardless of physical, emotional or environmental factors; and de-institutionalising the experience of a young person in care by allowing them to meet and connect without disruption to their routine.

Our patented, intuitive technology, has a diverse range of uses to directly support vulnerable children and young people, as well as the team around them.

  • Contact sessions – parent and child
  • Pre-birth assessment and mother and baby observation
  • High risk – private law case contact
  • Children in care reviews
  • Child Protection conferences
  • Foster care placement assessments/observations
  • Children in care council
  • Young carers – contact with wider world
