Relationship Manager

Location – flexible | Salary – £50,000 plus car, commission and benefits

To support our continuing growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Relationship Manager to join our team and help take our sales strategy to the next level.Role and Responsibilities

  • Owning and heading up new business and business development activity in the midlands/north of England
  • Bringing on new business via own prospecting and converting the inbound leads
  • Identifying and closing new business through outbound strategies
  • Booking and attending meetings once you have qualified the opportunity
  • Tracking and managing all opportunities
  • Working on new proposals
  • Working with the Marketing team to design effective campaigns and broadening the reach of their marketing activities
  • Work to personal sales targets based on revenue
  • Maintain regular proactive contact with prospective customers
  • Identify, engage, and meet with decision makers at a senior level to identify opportunities
  • Be an ambassador for the company to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times
  • Provide regular reports on activity
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company

Personal and Professional Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience in building commercial relationships in the health, education and/or social care sectors
  • Demonstrable experience of meeting or exceeding targets
  • A strategic thinker, capable of understanding and articulating the breadth of our solutions
  • Experience in building and managing effective relationships at a senior level
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a determination to deliver results
