As Chief Executive Officer at The Antser Group, Richard is responsible for leading and delivering on its mission – to support better outcomes for children, families, vulnerable adults and communities.
Richard’s career has been spent delivering technology-based transformational solutions that enable positive change and growth within organisations and their networks of clients.

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jonathan leads the financial strategy for The Antser Group, ensuring the organisation remains robust, sustainable and positioned for long-term growth.
Jonathan brings a strong commitment to financial leadership that supports both operational excellence and the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions. His role is central to driving transformational growth, enabling the group to innovate with confidence while maintaining a clear focus on value, performance and impact.

Mohammed leads growth and strategic initiatives across the Group, ensuring our solutions continue to deliver meaningful and measurable impact across the sectors we support.
He has been instrumental in advancing the development of new and enhanced services that challenge barriers, influence behaviour change and strengthen outcomes for children and families.
Overseeing business development, marketing and revenue generation, Mohammed drives accelerated growth, expanding our reach and deepening our partnerships with local authorities and sector organisations.

Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Amy leads the delivery of our service operations, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency and innovation across the Group.
With 15 years’ specialist experience in child protection, she has worked in close partnership with local authorities to deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services that support improved outcomes for children and families.
Over her seven years with the Group, she has played a key role in enhancing our service offering, improving processes and driving sustained, year-on-year growth.

Serena Hadi
Head of Operations and Practice
Serena is committed to improving outcomes for children in and touched by the care system. Social Work England registered, Serena has over 10 years’ experience of managing teams within children’s services. Throughout her career she has engaged with multiple and varied stakeholders and quality assured a range of services.
Cheryl Musgrove
Head of Operations
As head of operations at Carter Brown, Cheryl is responsible for ensuring our clients receive a professional and time sensitive service, continually looking for ways to improve and build upon the same. Her experience within this sector spans more than 10 years and is underpinned by a background within the legal sector.
Abby Cooke
VR Service Manager
Abby Cooke is a registered social worker with over 10 years' experience working in Children's Social Care. Previously, Abby has managed the adoption team within a Regional Adoption Agency, developing a greater understanding of the sector and best practice in supporting children and young people, as well as adoptive parents.
Hannah Knight
VR Service Manager
Hannah is a qualified social worker with 15 years’ experience in education, specialising in safeguarding roles and most recently working with Virtual Schools to champion better educational outcomes for vulnerable children.
Mandy Miranda
VR Trainer and Facilitator
As an experienced specialist social worker and manager in Adult and Children's Social Care, Mandy's extensive experience spans across Fostering Training, Therapeutic Parenting, Children Centre Management, Criminal & Sexual Child Exploitation, Radicalisation & Extremism, Mental Health services, Adult & Children’s Learning Disabilities, Child Protection Assessment & Safeguarding.
Rinisha Tailor
Professional Advisor
Rinisha is a qualified social worker with over 15 years' experience in providing high quality care and support. With a consistent track record of working successfully with individuals, families and groups, Rinisha possesses vast expertise of assessments, reviews and supervision, as well as management of a residential parenting assessment unit and a mother and baby fostering service.
