An improved understanding of the role of analysis within assessment and how they can strengthen their own skills in analysis
Been introduced to models and tools which will strengthen analytical
Explored how reflective practice and supervision are an integral part of the assessment process and how to harness this to make assessments more
Considered how to ensure that the child’s voice contributes to analysis within assessment
Had an opportunity for reflection on their own work using a structured reflection approach
Been introduced to a checklist for assisting in writing analytical reports.

Description

The aim of this course is to provide practitioners with the ability to form accurate, insightful and well-rounded assessments, essential for good social work. This course will support participants to use the assessment process in an accurate, analytical and inclusive way.
