Description
This training demonstrates issues and behaviours presented by adults who maybe Difficult, Dangerous and Evasive or present any combination of these 3. The issues and behaviours of DDE service users will be integrated throughout the training.
This course is aimed at practitioners in children’s and/or adult services. Working with Difficult, Dangerous and Evasive behaviours and will provide delegates and their team with the skills, tools and resources to prepare for any of the situations.
The second day of this course involves role play with actors, this includes filming the delegates when they are put in a difficult, dangerous or evasive situation and how they respond to this situation, then after they reflect on their behaviour.
This course is delivered by our expert facilitators who will bring their first hand experience and tailor the course to suit your learning needs.
